1. Introductory Google Meet Call to discuss your needs in more detail. This conversation helps clarify your goals, expectations, and any particular areas of concern.

2. Proposal and Agreement, outlining the scope of the tour campaign, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once agreed upon, I send over a service agreement for you to e-sign.

3. Payment: Upon signing the agreement, I collect payment via bank transfer, either upfront or in installments. (I don’t accept PayPal or Stripe at the moment.)
This step marks the official start of the campaign.

4. Campaign Kickoff & Asset Collection: I provide a checklist of required assets and access (e.g., files, social media profiles and ad accounts, DSP artist accounts, etc.).

5. Marketing Strategy & Promotion Plan tailored to your touring schedule, target audience, and goals, including key moments and special events, deadlines for deliverables, and channel-specific promotion and advertising plans.

6. Advanced Channel Audit, including setup and optimization of relevant online profiles, tools, business accounts, and ad accounts.

7. Content Creation, e.g., Branded visuals (banners, profile photos) and promotional content (teasers, trailers, graphics) for scheduled posts and ads.

8. Social Media Marketing & Ad Campaign Management with regular check-ins and reports.

9. DSP Marketing at set deadlines

10. Review Meeting & Final Report: We schedule a Google Meet call to walk you through the results, discuss recommendations, and answer any questions. After the meeting, you’ll receive the final report.
